Ces demandes visant des constructions, reconstructions, installations fixes et les transformations doivent être introduites auprès du Bourgmestre au moyen de l’imprimé annexe 1 accompagné d’un dossier complet établi par un architecte conformément aux instructions suivantes :

- Annexe 2 (COMPOSITION D’UN DOSSIER DE DEMANDE DE PERMIS D’URBANISME RELATIVE AUX ACTES ET TRAVAUX DE CONSTRUCTION, RECONSTRUCTION OU UTILISATION D’UN TERRAIN POUR LE PLACEMENT D’UNE OU PLUSIEURS INSTALLATIONS FIXES ; TRANSFORMER UNE CONSTRUCTION EXISTANTE AU SENS DE L’ARTICLE 84, § 1ER, 5°; ENTREPRENDRE OU LAISSER ENTREPRENDRE DES TRAVAUX DE RESTAURATION RELATIFS A UN BIEN IMMOBILIER INSCRIT SUR LA LISTE DE SAUVEGARDE OU CLASSE.)

-  Annexe 2 bis (COMPOSITION D’UN DOSSIER DE DEMANDE DE PERMIS D’URBANISME RELATIVE AUX ACTES ET TRAVAUX DE TRANSFORMATION D’UNE CONSTRUCTION OU PARTIE DE CONSTRUCTION ATTENANTE A UNE AUTRE CONSTRUCTION OU INSTALLATION AU SENS DE L’ARTICLE 84 § 1^er, 5°, POUR AUTANT QUE L’EMPRISE AU SOL SOIT AU MAXIMUM DOUBLEE ; CREATION D’UN OU PLUSIEURS NOUVEAUX LOGEMENTS DANS UNE CONSTRUCTION EXISTANTE ; MODIFICATION DE LA DESTINATION D’UN BIEN AU SENS DE L’ARTICLE 84, § 1^er, 7°.).

Le formulaire de « Notice d’évaluation préalable » des incidences sur l’environnement doit également être joint selon l’imprimé en annexe 3 comme le formulaire statistique modèle 1 ou 2 selon que les bâtiments sont destinés à l’habitation ou non.
